Terms and Conditions for Data Request - Ghana NHIA

  1. By submitting a data request to the Ghana National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  3. The NHIA reserves the right to review and evaluate each data request on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the purpose, relevance, and potential impact of the requested data.
  4. The requested data should be used solely for the specified purpose and must not be shared, sold, or used for any unauthorized or commercial activities.
  5. Any personal identifiable information (PII) contained in the requested data should be handled with utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  6. The NHIA retains ownership and control of the data provided and reserves the right to impose restrictions on its use, distribution, or disclosure.
  7. The requester is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data obtained from the NHIA. Any analysis or conclusions drawn from the data are the sole responsibility of the requester.
  8. The requester should acknowledge the NHIA as the source of the data in any publications, reports, or presentations that utilize the provided data.
  9. The NHIA shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the data by the requester or any third party.
  10. The NHIA reserves the right to terminate or suspend any data request at its discretion if it determines that the requester has violated any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
  11. The requester agrees to indemnify and hold the NHIA harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from the requester's use of the provided data.
  12. The NHIA may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the requester's responsibility to review them periodically.
